The following will outline Wilbar International’s procedure for filing warranty claims. We strive to resolve claims quickly and efficiently.
DURING FIRST SEASON: If an item appears defective at the time of installation or within the first season, contact your dealer.
DURING SECOND SEASON THROUGH END OF WARRANTY: The second season begins the 1st of January after you purchase your pool and thereafter a season ends on December 31st of each calendar year.
If there is a defect during the second season through the end of warranty, please file your warranty claim directly with Wilbar International.
All warranty claims must include the following:
- A completed warranty form (Click here to download and print form )
- Photos illustrating the claimed defect.
- Copy of Bill of Sale
- In some cases, we may request the part to be sent to Wilbar International for inspection.
